Career

By the end of the school year, 90% of students in grades 4–5 will be able to identify at least one personal strength, one area of interest, and one career connection through classroom counseling lessons and student reflection activities.

M 4 – Understanding that postsecondary education and life-long learning are necessary for long-term career success

B-LS 7 – Identify long- and short-term academic, career, and social/emotional goals

Social Emotional

By the end of the school year, 85% of students receiving small group counseling services will demonstrate increased confidence in identifying a trusted adult and using at least two coping or help-seeking strategies, as measured by pre/post group surveys.

Academic

​By the end of the 2026–2027 school year, 90% of students in grades 4–5 will develop and monitor at least one personal academic goal, as measured by student goal-setting reflections and counselor lesson artifacts.

M 5 – Belief in using abilities to their fullest to achieve high-quality results and outcomes
B-LS 7 – Identify long- and short-term academic, career, and social/emotional goals
B-SMS 10 – Demonstrate ability to manage transitions and adapt to changing situations and responsibilities​
